Early Bird Registration for the 2026 MPA Winter CE Conference is Now Open
The 2026 MPA Winter CE Conference is taking place at Fairmont Resort, Fairmont, MT on January 16-18, 2026.
Conference Highlights:
Awards Banquet – Friday Evening - We will present the 2026 MPA award recipients.
Continuing Education - Approximately 15 credit hours. Presentations include topics from a variety of pharmacy practices – health systems, community, ambulatory, managed care and more. Exciting agenda coming soon!
Sponsor/Exhibitor Fair – Friday evening and Saturday morning. This is a prime time to visit with the exhibitors and learn about the newest services and supplies that are now available. Have a beverage as you stroll the vendor fair area. Vendors will also be onsite Saturday morning during breakfast and breaks.
Saturday Night Sport Viewing Event - There will be beverages and appetizers.
Early Registration: Rates for all three days. Early rates are in effect through December 31st and increase after this date.

One Bedroom Suite ~ $194.00 + fees. *Fees are subject to change:
Resort fee: $17.00 per night in a standard room and $32.00 per night for suite accommodations. This fee includes access to the hot springs pools (7am-10pm), waterslide, fitness room and Wi-Fi for all registered guests.
Montana bed tax: Currently 8%
TBID Assessment: $1.00 per day per room.
Individual Pay: Room/fees and incidental charges
Room block will be released 12 noon December 16. Availability will be limited after that date!

The Montana Pharmacy Association is pleased to offer you a premier opportunity to showcase your company’s products/services to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians at our upcoming 2026 MPA Winter CE Conference at Fairmont Resort, January 16-18, 2026.
Our trade show gives industry suppliers great exposure beginning with the opening reception on Friday evening from 4:00pm-6:00pm – a relaxed time for suppliers and pharmacists to mingle and visit about the very latest, as well as existing products you have to offer. In addition, we have a roving microphone during the Saturday morning breakfast, and all our exhibitors/sponsors have between 2 to 3 minutes to address the attendees. Other meals and breaks are held in the vendor area, giving you face-to-face time with them as well.
We are excited to be implementing a prize drawing for the opening reception. Attendees will have a ticket to be signed by you as they come to visit your booth that will make them eligible to win a prize presented by MPA. If you have items you would like to include in the drawing, we will let attendees know that they need to be present to win!
We have an exciting lineup of topics that will be of interest to all pharmacy practices. Set-up for the vendor fair is Friday, January 16th, from 3:00pm – 4:00pm. Vendor breakfast on Saturday morning beginning at 7:00 am. The trade show ends on Saturday and tear down by noon.
